Service Description
“Rise and Shine” is more than just a morning greeting — it’s an invitation to wake up, step into your power, and let your unique light shine brightly every day. This series is designed to help you do just that. Through six supportive one-hour sessions, you’ll reconnect with yourself by releasing limiting beliefs and old patterns holding you back, and create meaningful shifts that let your best self rise and shine in all areas of your life. Together, we’ll build a sustainable, grounded path forward with ongoing encouragement and accountability, so you can face each day with renewed vitality, clarity, and confidence. Each session is a safe, supportive space where you can explore, reflect, and take inspired action - all at a pace that feels natural to you. No pressure. No perfection. Just a brighter, more empowered you. At $1,111, this is intentionally priced to align with the energy of new beginnings, manifestation, and awakening. Before booking your first Rise and Shine Wellness session, please schedule a brief Clarity Call. This gives us a chance to explore how this program can fit into your life and for me to gain a clearer understanding of your goals. Together, we can identify the best days and times for your sessions to ensure your wellness journey is tailored just for you from the start. Please note: I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical conditions. Payment plans available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
By booking sessions with me, you agree to the following policies: Booking & Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling: I know life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Your payment will simply be applied to your new appointment time. While refunds aren't typically offered, I'll always do my best to handle unique situations with care. Disclaimer: During your sessions, Melissa Wilkes may offer advice and suggestions. You are fully responsible for any decisions you make. Working with Melissa does not replace advice from a licensed medical, legal, tax, or financial professional. Release Agreement: By having a wellness consultation with Melissa Wilkes, you and anyone legally connected to you agree to release Melissa, her team, and anyone involved in her business from any claims or losses related to your sessions. You give up any right to sue for injuries or damages you think you may have because of the consultation. If you or anyone connected to you does make a claim, you agree to cover all costs, including legal fees, to protect Melissa and her associates. You understand that you take part in these sessions at your own risk. Thank you for understanding!
